I've dealt with quite a few realtors over the years and I have to say that Bianca is by far the best realtor I've ever dealt with. From the beginning to the end, she goes above and beyond in all areas.
We interviewed several realtors, and from the beginning, Bianca stood out. She mailed us a packet of information about the area before we even flew out to begin looking at houses. She asked us what we were looking for and she actually listened and showed us houses that met our requirements.
When we purchased our home in Palm Coast, we were living in Nevada so we couldn't be present for many things. Bianca offered to attend the home inspection for us and when we discovered issues with the thermostat, she went to the home on her own with someone to figure out how to remedy the problem. Even after we closed, Bianca offered to take care of things until we arrived in Florida. She let the carpet cleaners in so the carpets could be cleaned before we arrived. There was a hurricane between the time we closed and the time we actually arrived in Florida and Bianca drove over to our house after the hurricane to take pictures of the house to let us know that there had been no damage. Very few realtors provide this type of service.
Bianca is one in a million and I would highly recommend her to anybody who is looking to buy a house in Palm Coast.
